Drink To Your Health And Skinny Jeans!

  I'm a tea drinker, always have and always will. I have my ritual where every morning and late at night (the only time theres silence in the house) I sit back and enjoy my cup of tea. I swear that this little me time makes a big difference in my life. I have been drinking mostly green tea and chamomile but like to mix it up and try some other blends. The other day I was sipping on a cup of white tea and decided to google the benefits of it and WOW was I surprised. White Tea has more benefits to health than any other tea known to man! Most of white teas healing properties come from the extraordinary amount of antioxidants it contains. Antioxidants help het rid of free radicals on your body which can accumulate  from poor dieting, smoking, and pollution, which means clear more youthful looking skin! Another major benefit of drinking white tea is to loose weight, yes you read correctly this powerful drink aids in weight loss in a lot of ways It increases your metabolism rate which in turn increases your calories losing rate and you end up losing pounds! White Teas is in Dr. Oz's anti-aging check list and has been also known to help with other health issues, like cholesterol, cancer, and cardiovascular health.
