Sleep You Way To Super Soft Feet!



Feet are one of the most neglected body parts, we worry about our face, hair, body and very rarely our feet. Not realizing that it takes a lot of upkeep to make sure you can wear gorgeous heels and still have soft feet and sometimes too much neglect can lead to really cracked and dry feet, NOT cute! It takes me one little trick! Of course visiting your local salon is always a good idea, but this super simple tip is one of my faves of all time!


Tools:

Vaseline
Vitamin E Caspule/liquid
Socks
Scissors

Start by rinsing your feet with warm water, then pat dry. Next, place a quarter-size amount of Vaseline in your hands, then drop a few droplets of vitamin E. Work together between your hands and slather generously on your feet, one foot at a time. Then cut the toes off of your socks, and wear over night. Rinse off in the morning and go!

I highly recommend cutting the toes off, as wearing this night after night could case fungal infections to the nail. Goo Luck! Xxx

  1. I actually do this with just the vaseline and socks for a couple of nights a week and it really works. I will have to try this with the vitamin E and cutting out the toes.
